RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Woodhug.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your item is defective, damaged, or misdelivered, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are:

  • Misdelivered
  • Damaged
  • Misdescribed
  • Incorrect in size or color (excludes sale items and custom items)

Please email us to receive a prepaid return label. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will ship a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Processing times vary by bank; please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If an item is returned used or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied.
