RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

Because our products are handcrafted from natural solid wood and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to customer remorse or a change of mind (e.g., if you decide you no longer want the item, or if it does not fit your aesthetic preferences after delivery).

We only accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or if the incorrect item was misdelivered from our end. To qualify for a valid return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Please note that the following items are completely non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

For custom/personalized products, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if a custom product is damaged during shipping, defective, or the wrong size compared to the original agreement, WoodHug will still apply a free repair or replacement policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@woodhug.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your item is defective, damaged, or misdelivered, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse facility in the United States. Please contact us to receive the specific return shipping label before sending any items.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are:

  • Misdelivered
  • Damaged
  • Misdescribed

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged in transit, defective, or misdelivered from our warehouse (incorrect item shipped). We do not accept exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color due to a change of mind.

Please email us to receive a prepaid return label. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will ship a replacement.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee (Defective/Damaged products): No Cost (Prepaid label provided by WoodHug).
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Processing times vary by bank, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If an item is returned used or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied.
