How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

Please note: After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or in transit. At that stage, we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order.

Address Accuracy

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
Woodhug is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect or missing address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend the package to the corrected address,
however, the customer will be responsible for the actual reshipping costs charged by the carrier.
