We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Delivery & Assembly Service.

Standard Delivery is free on all orders and includes delivery to the ground floor, lobby, or first accessible dry area. It does not include unpacking or assembly. Delivery will be scheduled with tracking or arranged by our delivery partner.

Note: Assembly is scheduled in advance for your convenience. Customers are responsible for preparing the space. Delivery teams are not responsible for moving existing furniture or any potential floor damage.

Woodhug offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
We will replace the defective parts accordingly.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.

Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear).
For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery ONLY if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or misdelivered.

Please note that because our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer remorse or a change of mind. Items submitted for valid returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

- Lost or Missing Packages: If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a replacement or return. Please contact us with clear photos of the issue for verification.

- Missing Parts or Assembly Tools: If any parts or assembly tools are missing from your order, we will promptly send the missing items to you.

Care and Cleaning:

Dust regularly with a soft cloth, either dry or slightly damp.
Avoid using strong cleaners like bleach or ammonia, which can harm both the finish and the wood.

Usage and Weight Guidelines:

Stick to the recommended weight limits to help your furniture last longer.
Instead of dragging furniture, lift it gently to avoid scratches or stress on joints and connections.

Protection Against Mold and Mildew:

Clean up any spills promptly to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
If you live in a humid environment, using a dehumidifier can help keep moisture levels in check.
